Your coach will start by getting to know more about you: your goals, fitness level, athlete-type and training limitations. They will then design a series of fitness tests relevant to your specific focus. These active tests will reveal your baseline performance in the metrics that matter to you when it comes to strength, power, mobility and cardio. Booking can be done up to 1 month in advance and closes 24 hours before session start time.
